40th ISGE Congress in Rome, Italy

The 40th Congress of the International Society of Gynecologic Endocrinology (ISGE) took place from March 4 to 6, 2026, in Rome, Italy. The event brought together international experts from the fields of gynecology, gynecologic oncology, obstetrics, and endocrinology to discuss current scientific developments, clinical findings, and future perspectives in the field.

On the occasion of its 50th anniversary, SELFAGO held its own scientific session. During this session, Prof. Dr. R. Druckmann was first honored with the presentation of the “Pour le Mérite” medal and the “Certificat D’honneur” for his decades of service to the society. In his closing remarks, the President of the Society, Prof. Dr. Walther Kuhn, emphasized the importance of collaboration between experienced members and the younger generation:
